Pokemon VGC League Challenge - September

All players must know how to play the Pokemon VGC format and have basic knowledge of the rules

All participating players are responsible for bringing the TWO required versions of their Team Sheets, available here: https://www.pokemon.com/static-assets/content-assets/cms2/pdf/play-pokemon/rules/play-pokemon-vg-team-list-2023.pdf. Players will be responsible for replacing their team sheet if lost or damaged. Registration will be closed at 4pm day of the event. Systems must be updated to the latest version of both system software and game cartridge updates (Version number and most recent rule set).

Players may be penalized, including Disqualification, if their game does not have the latest update, or if their system is not running on the latest firmware. We will play Best-of-Three for Swiss Rounds, followed by Best-of-3 matches for Single-elimination Top Cut. Registration for this event will be available online at the website above.

Walk-in slots will be made available on-site as long as the online registration slots have not filled.

Prizing for League Challenges: 80% of each persons’ tournament entry is added to the prize pool. The prize pool will then be split between top finishers for each age division*

Store Credit Prizes apply to each age division with a minimum of 8 participants. If the number of participants is not met in an age division, packs may be substituted in place of store-credit for divisions that do not meet the participant minimum.

Everyone who plays at least 3 rounds will receive x1 Pokemon prize pack for participation. RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
All trading card sales are final due to potential price fluctuations and to prevent tampering. Unfulfilled orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. All fulfilled or shipped orders may not be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.

In certain cases (product is damaged/defective), a return will be considered.

PREORDERS
There will be NO REFUNDS on pre-order product.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refunds.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gaming-giant.com.
